About the studio
A small studio, a family name, and a set of initials that happened to spell something useful.
Plan-It Creative Studio is a small creative and marketing studio, based in Nova Scotia and serving clients across the Maritimes. The name works on a few levels at once — it's a nod to a family legacy in the trades, a surname that sounds like planet, and a set of initials that spell MAP. It turns out that's a pretty good description of the job: figure out where a business is headed, then build the thing that gets it there.
Everything here is built by hand. Websites, brand kits, campaigns — no outsourcing, no handoff to a junior designer you'll never meet. The people who scope your project are the people building it. We stay small on purpose: it keeps every project personal, and it means you always know exactly who's working on yours.
Recent work has ranged from a Nova Scotia food trailer building a brand from scratch, to an environmental remediation company operating across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI that needed a site as serious as the work it describes. Different industries, same approach: understand what the business actually needs, then build exactly that — nothing bolted on, nothing left out.
